1. CHANGES TO THIS AGREEMENT
While we try as hard as humanly possible, EliteHack.forumotion.com reserves the right to make any change to these terms at any point in time without any notice.
2. USER ELIGIBILITY
2.1 In acceptance of this agreement, all users, in accordance with COPPA regulations acknowledge that they are at least 13 years of age and older, unless given the express permission of a parent or guardian via an email to mymapleblaze@gmail.com.
2.2 No user that is currently employed, working for, or in any way affiliated with NEXON America Inc. and NEXON Corporation, NHN Corporation, OGPlanet, Neowiz, or any affiliated companies, may enter this website and we politely ask that you immediately close the browser window in which you're viewing this web page.
3. REGISTRATION
3.1 Any person upon opening this website, regardless of their registration status, falls under the Elitehack rules and guidelines.
3.2 All registration information must be accurate.
3.3 Upon registering, the user acknowledges that EliteHack.forumotion.com has the right to use your information in any way it sees fit.
4. Refunds
No refunds will be given to those who purchase our premium memberships; unless fraud discrepancies are found. A refund will not be given if elitehack is terminated or ends unexpectedly. Refunds will not be given if we have no content in our VIP section; instead extensions will be given until we do.
5. Anime and ECE
Please be aware that Elitehack is an index and database of embedded videos from video sharing websites. None of the videos or its video files are hosted on this site or its servers. If you believe that your copyrighted content is showing on Elitehack, please take your DMCA take down notices directly to the video sharing websites that are hosting your videos or files. All Rights reserved to their repective owners.
6. USER CONDUCT
Rules
1. No Flaming
One shall not flame anywhere on the website, unless the person receiving the insult is not insulted.
2. Racism
One shall not discriminate against races or religions without factual allegations. Racial slurs will not be tolerated in anyway.
3. No Spamming
One shall not post irrelevant or meaningless remarks in any thread.
4. No Multiple Accounts
One shall not have or use more than one account on EliteHack.forumotion.com without permission from an Admin.
5. Giving Credit
One shall not present or claim someone else's work as their own. One may post such material and use it, integrating it with their own work if they give credits by posting the creators name.
6. No Warez
One shall not link or upload illegal material without permission from an Admin.
7. Usernames
One shall not make similar names to any staff member.
8. No Scamming
One shall not perform fraudulent or deceptive acts when trading goods or services on EliteHack.forumotion.com.
9. No Begging
One shall not repetitively ask for goods or services by creating multiple threads or posts.
10. Stuck threads and announcements
One shall read and comply to the stuck rules and announcements found in each section.
11. Thanks and Likes Abusing
One shall not excessively use the thanks or like button or bribe for thanks or likes.
12. Advertising
One shall not advertise a website to gain anything for themselves or the website. One shall not advertise a competitor's forum, this includes but is not limited to linking to another forum or posting another forum's name. No referring people to such websites OR their hacks in ANY way.
13. Inappropriate material
One shall not link anywhere or post inappropriate material such as pornography on EliteHack.forumotion.com.
14. No Trolling
One shall not create drama amongst the forum's members in a provocative manner.
15. Disrespecting Staff
One shall not disrespect, dispute, or object any of the Staff's decisions and actions carried out when moderating.
16. User Bars
One shall not use a user bar that they haven't earned as an avatar, signature or profile picture. Custom created user bars are not allowed.
17. Responsibility over actions
One is responsible for the actions committed via their EliteHack.forumotion.com account and one's IM account. Being hacked is no excuse for what happens via your account.
18. Bumping old threads
One shall not post in threads where the last post is more than thirty days old. One can bump a thread if its been over 24 hours since the previous post, if explained why they've bumped it, and if the reply contributes to the thread.
19. Mini-Moderating
A non-moderator shall not post about anything needing to be moderated, unless one has a reply relevant to the thread in the same post. You shall use the report button to report something in need of moderating.
20. Privacy
One shall not release a person's information that is private on Elitehack without their consent.
21. maks
One shall not sell or buy forum currency for money (paypal ETC), unless it's traded for money via the official Elitehack Shop.Threats and scams related to maks will also not be tolerated.
22. Harmful Material
One shall not post or spread any harmful material on this forum. These include RATS, keyloggers, phishers and viruses. You may also not post any tutorials on how to create harmful material or infect someone. You may not ask for harmful material or ask to be taught how to create or use it.
23. Censors
One shall not attempt to bypass the word censors in any way.

4- Permanent suspension from the concerned section

7- I.P. Address suspension
Other: Despite the fact that we would like to be able to say that all punishments are outlined in black and white, we take everything on a case by case basis. The administration reserves the right to take each case as they may see fit.
*Recidivism of the rules being broken may result in a permanent IP suspension, if seen fit by an administrator. Moderators picking on a member with infractions may result in a different punishment from an Admin.*

Staff only includes these user groups: Administrator, Super Moderator, Moderator, and GFX Moderator.
Section III: Rights
1. One shall be innocent until proven or found guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
2. Ignorance of rule is no excuse.
3. An administrator can dismiss a rule.
